I had an excellent experience with Dr. Madhusudan and his team. After struggling with frequent cold & cough with throat infection Dr. Madhusudan quickly identified my deviated septum and overgrown bone and recommended septoplasty. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-op care was exceptional. I noticed a significant improvement in my breathing and overall sinus health. I truly appreciate Dr. Madhusudan’s expertise, professionalism, and kindness throughout the process. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of ENT care!

We had consulted Dr Madhu Sudhan V for my mother's thyroglossal cyst excision. He was quite thorough and patient with the explanation in layman's term so that my mom could feel at ease. He was quite meticulous with the surgery as well and covered all bases. And Pristyn care's service and support were quite good as well.

Visited Dr. Madhu Sudhan for consultation about my nose block and nasal congestion issues. I had visited multiple doctors before, but Dr. Madhu Sudhan was the only one who accurately diagnosed the reasons behind my nasal issues. Doctor was also very patient and considerate while explaining the diagnosis to me. The medications he prescribed have given me immense relief. Would highly recommended anyone facing ENT issues to consult Dr. Madhu Sudhan. Hearing problem can be caused either due to aging or any chronic exposure to loud noises. Other factors that may lead to hearing problems are excessive earwax, injury or any foreign body in the ear.

Tongue base reduction

In some people, the tongue base is large, which makes them prone to sleep apnea. Thus, the base of the tongue is often reduced to address obstructive sleep apnea and provide relief to the patients. It is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that is safe and has high success rates.

Myringotomy

Myringotomy is a minimal access surgery to drain the fluids, like blood and pus, collected behind the eardrum. It is often combined with a tympanostomy procedure (ear tube insertion) for continuous drainage over a period of a few months for patients who need it.

Tympanoplasty

Tympanoplasty is the surgical repair of a perforated eardrum using a tissue graft to restore hearing ability and prevent ear infections. It is a daycare surgery that is performed under local anesthesia and successfully restores hearing even in patients with severe eardrum perforations.

Sinusitis

Sinusitis is a condition caused due to an inflammation or swelling in the tissues lining the sinus. It may cause a runny or stuffy nose, congestion, a feeling of pain or pressure, postnasal drip, etc. In most cases, sinus does not require treatment. However, in chronic cases, antibiotics may be required.

Tonsillectomy

Tonsillectomy is the surgical removal of tonsils and is performed for patients with severe and chronic tonsillitis.
