Saw Dr.Saloni regarding my hoarseness of the sound.After thorough throat check up, she assured of "No-serious-problem" ; prescribed few medicines & referred me to the sound-Threrapist ; who taught some speech practices to do that I am practicing. There is improvement. Over all Dr.saloni is a good natured ,very confident of her diagnosis & so the treatment suggeted /given. I can say she wiped the fear I was under. I'll suggest her name to all having any ENT problem & be free from worries as here I am the case !

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Saloni Rajyaguru for proper diagnosis, exceptional care and apt treatment. I had been experiencing frequent episodes of cough, cold, and throat irritation, which was impacting my daily life for last few years. though I visited few other doctors, the treatment didn't give me required relief. During my consultation, Dr. Rajyaguru listened patiently, thoroughly assessed my condition, and identified the underlying issue—sinus-related complications and mucus accumulation. It was only through her keen observation that I realized I had been breathing primarily through my mouth—something I had not noticed before. What sets Dr. Rajyaguru apart is the genuine compassion and human touch she brings to her practice. Following an initial course of medication, Dr. Rajyaguru recommended sinus surgery and correction of a deviated nasal septum for long-term relief. I underwent the procedure under her care a week ago, and I can already feel improvement in my breathing. She ensured every detail was taken care of—from the surgery itself to closely monitoring my post-operative recovery through her coordination with me and the hospital team. At my first follow-up, I was informed my recovery is progressing well. I am thankful for Dr. Rajyaguru’s care, expertise, and dedication. Hearing problem

Hearing problem can be caused either due to aging or any chronic exposure to loud noises. Other factors that may lead to hearing problems are excessive earwax, injury or any foreign body in the ear.

Tongue base reduction

In some people, the tongue base is large, which makes them prone to sleep apnea. Thus, the base of the tongue is often reduced to address obstructive sleep apnea and provide relief to the patients. It is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that is safe and has high success rates.

Myringotomy

Myringotomy is a minimal access surgery to drain the fluids, like blood and pus, collected behind the eardrum. It is often combined with a tympanostomy procedure (ear tube insertion) for continuous drainage over a period of a few months for patients who need it.

Tympanoplasty

Tympanoplasty is the surgical repair of a perforated eardrum using a tissue graft to restore hearing ability and prevent ear infections. It is a daycare surgery that is performed under local anesthesia and successfully restores hearing even in patients with severe eardrum perforations.

Sinusitis

Sinusitis is a condition caused due to an inflammation or swelling in the tissues lining the sinus. It may cause a runny or stuffy nose, congestion, a feeling of pain or pressure, postnasal drip, etc. In most cases, sinus does not require treatment. However, in chronic cases, antibiotics may be required.

Tonsillectomy

Tonsillectomy is the surgical removal of tonsils and is performed for patients with severe and chronic tonsillitis. It can be done conventionally using a stainless steel blade or through advanced techniques like coblators. It is very effective for patients with recurring and severe throat infections.
