Do not keep calm and carry on, Wake up and fight breast cancer until it's gone. Keep a check on your weight. Be physically active. Avoid alcohol. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Avoid birth control pills, particularly after 35 years of age. Take Tamoxifen and Raloxifene to cut down the risk. Screen your breasts. If you are age 45 – 54: Mammograms are recommended every year. If you are age 55 or over: Mammograms are recommended every other year.
