    Hospitals have a cold vibe when it comes to their administration. Dealing with insurance and admission, accounts, pharmacy staff of the hospitals is always intimidating, cold, indifferent and stressful. Prestyn care assistance was very professional and help wasing all those issues. Right from pickup, drop, arranging doctor consultation, scheduling appointments, admission, handling insurance claim was all smoothly handled by the Pristyn care team. It is only a day after my surgery and still feeling very good because all the administrative issues are helpfully assisted by the Pristyn care team. Special thanks to: Akshay -- My single point of contact. Assisted every step of the way, as if I have an attender with me in the hospital during the surgery. Alok Chaudary -- person I first called to evaluate their service. Handled insurance, pickup and doctor consultation smoothly. Keshav and his colleague: They assisted with interactions, coordination inside the hospital. Made regular visits to check I am OK. Just an awesome and much needed assistance during the stressful moment in life. I wish them a great success. A service like this is much needed for people who do not have much knowledge or connections to deal with the challenges of hospitalization. Wish Pristyn care a great success in helping other patients.
